Starting from 2017, Laoniu Love Flying Training Program for Rural Teachers paid more attention to cooperating with local education bureau, starting with gaining deeper insight into the needs of rural education, broadening the horizon of rural teachers through the organic combination of course +observation + study tour, and exploring diversification in rural education.

Currently, the first two sessions of the program has cumulatively trained over 280 rural teachers from 10 cities in Hubei, Fujian and Inner Mongolia. The training results directly or indirectly benefit over 1000 teachers in the same schools/school districts and impact over 10000 rural students.
